Additional Persons - $6.00 each per night - 6 years old & under FREE Cash payment due upon arrival - tax to be included. You are responsible for all days you reserve. Three day minimum in July, August and Holidays. One deposit for each unit rented. Visa and Mastercard accepted. A 3% Convenience Fee will be charged when paying with a Credit/Debit Card. Check-In time - 3:00 p.m. Check-Out time - 11:00 a.m. A full day will be charged for guest staying after the 11:00 a.m. Check-Out time. No pets during season - $25.00 daily charge for pet in off season. All Units are equipped with Televisions & Microwaves. *Cancellation Policy* In case of necessary cancellation, the deposit, less $30.00 service charge, will be refunded provided notice of cancellation reaches us 45 days before scheduled arrival date Otherwise the deposit is forfeited to us.
